Single Parent Ministry

It is our vision that the single parents and children who come into our ministry find that they are met with loving hands of help for their spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, and financial needs. Our desire is for parents and children to grow in all areas of their lives to become a working fellowship meeting the needs of those God puts in their path.

We meet on Friday evenings at the Rolling Meadows Campus from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. The evening includes food, fellowship, teaching and small group time. Children are welcome to come and be a part of the Acorn Kids Club. Details for this program and the current Single Parent curriculum are listed below.

To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. Isaiah 61:3
